The Everprint CHIP-CAN-MB-MC-G03 is a compatible chip for the Canon MC-G03 maintenance cartridge, reference 5794C001. It is intended for use with the waste-ink container and is supplied as one chip.
The MC-G03 container collects ink used during printhead cleaning and excess ink overspray during printing. The printer indicates when the maintenance cartridge is full, and Canon describes the cartridge as user replaceable.
Canon lists the MC-G03 for MAXIFY GX3050, GX3040, GX4050 and GX4040 printers. This Everprint item is the compatible chip for that cartridge reference.
