Pantum P2500NW is a monochrome, single-function laser printer for A4 documents, intended for everyday black-and-white printing. It prints up to 22 pages per minute on A4 and 23 pages per minute on Letter, with a maximum resolution of 1200 × 1200 dpi.

Connect it directly to a computer through Hi-Speed USB 2.0, or use Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n or 10/100Base-Tx Ethernet for network access. It performs printing only, with wired and wireless connection options for different setups.

The main tray holds 150 sheets and the output tray holds 100. Manual two-sided printing is available, with the sheets turned during the process. Supported media include plain and thick paper, transparencies, cardstock, labels, envelopes and thin paper.

Measuring 337 × 220 × 178 mm and weighing 4.75 kg, the printer fits a desktop setup. A metal frame is located inside the casing, and the stated dimensions and weight describe the unit for placement planning.
