FSP MP7-B is a black air cooler for removing heat from a desktop processor, with a stated thermal capacity of 280 W. It supports Intel LGA 1954, 1851, 1700 and 1200, as well as AMD AM5 and AM4 platforms, so check that your processor platform is listed before choosing it.
Two aluminum-alloy heatsink stacks work with two 120 × 120 × 25 mm fans. Six 6 mm copper heat pipes connect to a copper contact plate and carry heat to the heatsink. The complete cooler measures 125 × 123.5 × 153 mm, useful to check against the space available in your case.
PWM control adjusts fan speed from 800 to 1800 rpm, with a ±10% tolerance; the fans use FDB bearings. Offset heat pipes reduce interference with memory modules. FSP states that the cooler can be installed without removing the fans, which can simplify access during a processor cooling upgrade or a new desktop build.
