The Media-Tech SOUNDBAR MT3173 is a horizontal stereo speaker for adding audio to a computer setup or television. Its soundbar shape fits in a narrow space on a desk or shelf.

Magnetic shielding and a combined rated output of 5 W RMS are specified. Connect an audio source through the 3.5 mm jack and use USB for power; audio and power have separate connections.

The central rotary control adjusts volume and switches the speaker on or off. Blue illumination gives it a visible accent while in use. Measuring 320 × 60 × 65 mm and weighing 338 g, it can be placed beside a computer or television.
