VIVOTEK IT9388-HT is an outdoor turret network camera for video surveillance. It captures 5 MP images at 2560×1920 and supports H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression. At maximum resolution, the frame rate is up to 20 fps.

The motorized varifocal lens offers remote focus and a 2.8–12 mm focal-length range. WDR Pro helps the camera handle scenes with differing brightness. Built-in Smart IR illumination reaches up to 30 m, supporting surveillance in low light.

The metal housing carries IP66 and IK10 ratings. For recording, the camera supports MicroSD, SDHC and SDXC cards up to 1 TB, as well as network-attached storage (NAS). A built-in microphone captures audio, making the camera suitable for outdoor network surveillance installations that need video, local or network storage, and sound recording.
