ARCTIC MX-4 ACTCP00031B is a 4 g tube of thermal paste for creating a thermal interface between a processor and its cooler. The included spatula helps apply the paste to the contact area.

The paste is grey, with a viscosity of 31600 Poise and a density of 2.5 g/cm³. Its continuous use temperature range is -50 to 150 °C.
