Термопаста Arctic MX-4. 4г (ACTCP00002B)

ARCTIC MX-4 thermal paste, part number ACTCP00002B, comes in a 4 g size and transfers heat from CPU or GPU surfaces to a cooler. Used between a processor chip and the cooler base, it forms the thermal interface for their contact area.

Microparticles in the compound fill microscopic indentations on the mating surfaces. ARCTIC describes MX-4 as metal-free and non-electrically conductive. Its listed colour is grey, with a density of 2.5 g/cm³ and viscosity of 31,600 poise.

The specified continuous-use temperature range is −50 to 150 °C. The 4 g size is intended for applying a small quantity of paste at the processor-to-cooler contact area.
