A4131-E Reader with Keypad

The AXIS A4131-E Reader with Keypad (03425-001) is an access-control reader for presenting RFID credentials and entering keypad authentication at a controlled door.

It supports 13.56 MHz RFID credentials, including MIFARE Classic, MIFARE Plus and MIFARE DESFire EV1–EV3. The integrated touch keypad also supports two-factor authentication, adding a PIN step to credential-based entry. Communication uses OSDP, and the reader is designed to work with Axis network door controllers and credentials.

With IP66 and IK07 ratings, the reader is suited to indoor or outdoor installations exposed to demanding conditions. It can be wall-mounted or installed in a single-gang box, and an Axis network door controller can manage it remotely. The unit measures 121 × 85 × 27 mm and uses a 12 V DC input.
