3.84TB SAS Solid State Drive

The HPE P20835-001-RFB is a refurbished 3.84TB solid-state drive for server and storage environments. HPE identifies the underlying P20835-001 drive with OEM reference P19907-B21. Designed for read-intensive workloads, it uses a SAS 12G interface and a 2.5-inch Small Form Factor housing.

The drive carries the PM1643A designation and uses TLC flash. Its Smart Carrier supports hot-plug operation, making it suited to SAS storage architectures where drives can be replaced while the system is running. It has dual ports and digitally signed firmware.

Listed random performance is 110000 IOPS for reads and 92000 IOPS for writes. Sequential figures are 1080 MiB/s for reads and 1030 MiB/s for writes. The drive is intended for read-focused server storage and compatible SAS systems with Small Form Factor bays.
