Ernitec ELECTRA-M248-1GB-900W is a managed Layer 3 PoE switch for connecting and managing wired network devices. Its 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports provide copper connections for endpoints, while six 10G SFP+ slots add high-speed fibre or uplink options when paired with suitable modules.
The switch has a total 900 W PoE budget across its 48 PoE ports, allowing network devices to receive data and power over Ethernet. Layer 3 management includes VLANs, QoS, access control lists and DHCP server support. RIP and OSPF routing are also listed, giving network administrators tools for organising traffic across segments.
An RJ-45 console port provides a local management connection, and rack mounting supports installation in a network cabinet. The metal housing measures 580 × 440 × 120 mm.
