Lindy 43413 USB-to-serial converter with COM Retention connects RS-232 equipment to a computer through USB Type-A. It is designed for peripherals with a 9-pin serial port, such as barcode scanners and industrial devices.

Its COM Port Retention feature stores the port setting in the converter. After disconnecting and reconnecting it, the saved setting avoids having to configure the port again.
