The ASUS PRIME B650M-R is a micro-ATX motherboard for building or upgrading a desktop PC with AMD Socket AM5 and the B650 chipset. It supports AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 Series desktop processors.
Two DDR5 DIMM slots support dual-channel memory and up to 96 GB. For add-in cards, there is one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and one PCIe 4.0 x1 slot. The x16 slot runs in x16 mode with Ryzen 9000 and 7000 Series processors; with Ryzen 8000 Series processors, it operates in x8 or x4 mode.
