TP-Link VIGI NVR1008H is an 8-channel network video recorder for recording and managing video from IP cameras. It accepts video on eight channels and supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 compression. Synchronous playback across all eight channels lets you review several camera recordings together.

For local viewing, connect a display through HDMI, with output up to 3840 × 2160 at 30 Hz, or VGA, up to 1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz. The recorder also has one RJ-45 Ethernet port rated at 10/100 Mbps and two USB 2.0 ports for its listed connections.

A single SATA interface supports a hard drive of up to 16 TB. The drive is not included and must be installed for the recorder to operate. The unit measures 246.2 × 148.5 × 42.6 mm and uses a 12 V DC, 1.5 A power supply.
