The TP-Link TL-SG108PE is an 8-port Gigabit Easy Smart switch for adding wired network connections and managing selected traffic settings. All eight RJ45 ports support Ethernet at 10/100/1000 Mbps, connecting devices such as computers and printers.
Four ports support IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+, carrying data and power over one cable to compatible devices. Each PoE port supports up to 30 W, within a total PoE budget of 64 W; this can simplify connections for IP cameras, access points and IP phones.
A web interface and Easy Smart Configuration Utility provide network monitoring, traffic prioritization, QoS and VLAN features. The fanless design and metal casing suit quiet desktop or other network installations. Measuring 158 × 101 × 25 mm, the switch can serve wired devices in a compact setup.
