The TP-Link TL-SF1008P is an unmanaged desktop Ethernet switch for expanding a wired network. Its eight 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports include four PoE+ ports, which carry data and power over Ethernet cables to compatible devices.
Each PoE port supports up to 30 W and complies with IEEE 802.3af/at, within a total PoE budget of 66 W. The fanless switch has a metal casing and measures 171 × 98 × 27 mm. Plug-and-play operation needs no configuration; Extend Mode, priority for ports 1–2 and PoE Auto Recovery for ports 1–4 are also included.
Extend Mode supports transmission up to 250 m, with port speed reduced to 10 Mbps. TP-Link lists IP cameras, access points and IP phones as example connected devices.
