Auto-negotiation detects each device’s speed, and Auto MDI/MDIX removes the need for crossover cables. Plug-and-play operation requires no configuration. The switch supports IEEE 802.3x flow control and store-and-forward transmission, with a listed switching capacity of 16 Gbps and jumbo frames up to 15 KB.
