1 TB M.2 PCI Express 4.0 NVMe

The Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1TB (MZ-V9S1T0BW) is an M.2 solid-state drive for client PCs, providing 1TB of storage for applications, files and other data.

Its M.2 2280 form factor supports installation in a compatible M.2 slot. The drive uses PCIe 4.0 x4 / PCIe 5.0 x2 with NVMe 2.0, and Samsung V-NAND TLC with Host Memory Buffer technology.

Samsung specifies sequential speeds of up to 7,150 MB/s read and 6,300 MB/s write. Actual performance can vary with firmware, hardware and system configuration. Maximum dimensions are 80.15 × 22.15 × 2.38 mm.
