D-Link DPE-301GS is a Gigabit PoE+ splitter for supplying power and a network connection to devices that do not support PoE. It takes power and data from a PoE source and separates them into DC power and Ethernet, which can help place a compatible network device where a power outlet is not nearby.
The PoE input and LAN output support 10/100/1000BASE-T. The splitter supports IEEE 802.3at PoE+ and IEEE 802.3af PoE. Its selectable DC output provides 5 V, 9 V or 12 V; the listed maximum current is 2.5 A at 5 V and 2 A at 9 V or 12 V. D-Link names non-PoE cameras, wireless access points, switches and security equipment as example uses.
The unit measures 109.8 × 62.2 × 24.5 mm and weighs 98 g.
Included cables: two male-to-male power-adapter cables, 5.5 mm to 3.8 mm and 5.5 mm to 5.5 mm.
